Bladelocks and locking lugs for turbine engines Moeller has been producing bladelocks and lock lugs since the early 1980s. We co-designed many of these parts and we are the leading supplier of them for both GE Aircraft Engines and Pratt & Whitney. We make hundreds of different part numbers including virtually all the assemblies and all the parts made from castings.

We manufacture our own set screws and perform the assembly and torque testing in-house. Where applicable, we use our proprietary TriLobe Deform™ process that allows us to very precisely control the running torque (prevailing torque) and meet or exceed the reusability design requirements. Also, we have the unique capability and expertise to manufacture bladelocks and lock lugs as hog-outs. This allows us to offer prototypes for verification testing and also accomadate surge requirements if castings are unavailable.
