We are particularly good with fairly complex difficult-to-machine parts and especially those made from exotic, high-temperature and titanium alloys. We do milling and grinding to 60" and turning to 43" diameter but typically the majority of our work will fit within an 18" cube or 20" diameter. Other areas of expertise include machining gamma titanium aluminide, manufacturing parts with unique secondary operations such as brazed honeycomb and hardfacing, and of course parts with functional requirements including locking features. In addition to our patented Click-Loc™ and FlexThread™ locking features, we are also one of the world's leading producers of machined bladelocks and lock lugs.
